Norm,

Great to hear from you.  It seems so long ago yet at other times it seems like yesterday when I photographed the American Freedom Train in 1975-1976.

This past April it has been 35 years since this great experience and I now am in the process of putting together a photographic book about the Train and its artifacts.

Checked your web-site out and it looks great.

Be Well

Warren

Hi Norm,

I just looked at your new website….looks very interesting!….I read yours on your daughter, also Jill; I didn’t realize or had forgotten that she had died.   You have endured a lot of heartache…I’m going to bookmark your site and keep it in the back of my mind.  You’re right, we all have stories to tell…..maybe it’s that time of life when we realize we’re not going to live forever that we reflect more, have more time to do so!

Currently, I’m retired 3 years from teaching mostly Spanish and took up photography seriously  less than a year ago, bought my first SLR camera with different lenses, learning how to manage the beast.  I post on flickr.com, have met people from all over the world, great fun…..(my 2nd. husband is Danish so we have often gone to Europe).  So Norm, this is part of my present ’story’…..need the time to think how I might do this, and since I’m rather private….what would I be willing to have posted on the web.

We’re going to my 50th. high school reunion in July so back to Appleton we go…..yes, I was a ‘townie’…!!!!

Take care of yourself and good fortune with the website.
Regards,

~ Pat
